Forum is the only way to create engagements with your audience. You need to be specific with the kind of forum you wish to start.
Forum Use-Case
As you work on your research project, you will get to stages where you wish to share interesting findings with the community, or you may get to a point you are struggling to make a decision because you have several options that you would need help in narrowing down to a specific decision, or you may want to give feedback and solicit reactions, whichever the case, the wording in your forum post will play a big role in determining the kind of response you get.
The below instructions and guide assume that you have an account with CTI and have successfully logged in to the learner portal.
Steps
- Click on “Support Desk => CTI Forums” link to access the forums landing page
- Click on create new topic
- Select the Category from the list
- Upon creating the new forum, check and confirm that you can view your post
- View that it is listed in the forums list
